Also attached is the West Virginia ARP Child Care Stabilization Payments Agreement Form which will need to be completed, signed and emailed back to the email address on the agreement form by November 15, 2021 to continue eligibility for the funds.
Why are these ARP funds being disbursed? Child care providers continue to face financial hardships caused by the ongoing pandemic and recovery. Lower than normal enrollment, staffing shortages and day to day budget demands create a demand for an influx of funds to stabilize child care budget so child care services can continue to be offered to serve the children and families of West Virginia.
Thank you for all you do for the children and families of West Virginia!
